Un séjour qui joue sur le contraste entre ancien et contemporain
Les moulures, absentes à l'origine, ont été ajoutées pour retrouver l'esprit haussmannien du bâtiment et structurer les volumes. Le séjour assume le contraste : une cuisine noire mate avec îlot central et tabourets de bar, un canapé terracotta, des miroirs convexes et du mobilier aux lignes arrondies qui réchauffent l'ensemble. L'ancien et les lignes contemporaines se répondent plutôt que de s'opposer.
Des chambres à l'identité propre
Chaque chambre a été pensée comme un univers à part, avec des couleurs franches qui lui donnent sa propre identité. La première joue sur des rayures bordeaux et vieux rose, la seconde associe un soubassement vert d'eau à un papier peint panoramique bleu nuit, rehaussé de touches orangées.
Ces partis pris décoratifs répondent aux normes de l'hôtellerie, pour garantir un accueil à la hauteur des attentes des voyageurs, sans compromis sur le confort ni la sécurité.
Un mobilier sélectionné pièce par pièce
Qu’il s’agisse des appliques, des miroirs, des textiles ou des luminaires, chaque élément a fait l'objet d'un choix spécifique de la part du décorateur d'intérieur, à la fois pour servir l'ambiance de chaque pièce et pour résister à un usage intensif, propre à la location saisonnière.
A living room that plays on the contrast between old and contemporary
The mouldings, absent from the original apartment, were added to recapture the Haussmannian spirit of the building and structure the volumes. The living room embraces the contrast: a matte black kitchen with a central island and bar stools, a terracotta sofa, convex mirrors and rounded furniture that warms up the whole. The period features and the contemporary lines complement each other rather than clash.
Bedrooms with their own identity
Each bedroom was designed as a world of its own, with bold colours giving it its own identity. The first plays on burgundy and dusty pink stripes, while the second pairs a duck-egg blue dado with a midnight-blue panoramic wallpaper, highlighted with touches of orange.
These decorative choices meet hospitality-industry standards, ensuring a welcome that lives up to travellers' expectations, without compromising on comfort or safety.
Furniture selected piece by piece
From wall lights to mirrors, textiles and lighting fixtures, every element was specifically chosen by the interior designer, both to serve the atmosphere of each room and to withstand the intensive use typical of short-term rentals.
